The document register stores names and references only. Files are not uploaded to a secure server in this single-file version.

Import a CSV bank statement with date, amount and an optional reference column. PropertyOS compares it with locally recorded receipts; it does not connect to your bank or verify payment settlement.

A chronological view of locally recorded payments, expenses, deposits and invoice charges. Invoice charges are not cash receipts; deposit entries are shown separately from income.

This is an operational snapshot, not a tax filing or audited financial statement. Where invoices exist, balances are derived from invoice totals and payments allocated to those invoices; legacy tenants without invoices use the older tenant balance.
Configure workflow rules for your team. In this local prototype, rules are saved as settings; scheduled delivery requires a connected backend and messaging provider.
WhatsApp reminders still open as drafts for a human to review. No message is automatically sent, and no payment is marked received by opening a UPI app.

Apply a coordinated visual style
Upload your own audio (mp3, wav, m4a, ogg — up to 2 MB each). Leave a slot empty to use the built-in synthesized sound.
Custom audio is stored only in this browser's local database — nothing is uploaded to a server.
Loop a track while you work. Playback stops when the tab is hidden.
Customize the launch screen motion and whether your uploaded background track should start automatically.
Visual preferences are saved separately from business records.
Make PropertyOS feel like your own workspace. Changes are saved in this browser and applied to the app interface and supported documents.
Edit the name and contact details shown for the current workspace user. This is a local profile, not an authentication or password change.
Choose a property to update its name, type, address, unit count, cover image and short logo text. Tenant records linked by property name are updated when you rename it.
Recoverable records
Archive hides records from active lists without removing linked financial history.
Archived items remain in this browser until permanently deleted or removed by resetting the demo. Export a backup before permanent deletion.
Local recovery snapshots
Create a point-in-time copy in this browser before major changes. The newest five snapshots are retained.

Search recent locally recorded events and export them for review.
Backup checks ready
New backups include a format version, record counts and an integrity checksum. Older plain-JSON backups remain supported with a warning.
This single-file edition stores data in this browser only. It has no server-side accounts, tenant login, cloud sync, secure file storage, payment verification or background scheduler. Export backups regularly.
PERSONALIZE YOUR SPACE
Design your portfolio deck with presets, materials, motion, images and saved themes. Changes save in this browser.
Choose a property to edit its cover image and brand mark.
Images must be 1.2 MB or smaller for safe browser storage.
Save a named look, preview it across your spatial portfolio, or duplicate a theme to create a variation. Property-specific logos stay independent.
Theme changes preview immediately when selected; save appearance to keep your active look.
